Our burgers are made from twice minced beef (96.15%) and organic onion (3.85%). They are unseasoned to ensure that their perfect texture is not affected by salt absorbing the natural moisture. Season really well just before cooking, as you would when cooking a steak.
Sold as a pack of 4 x 170g.
